Great networking at "Progress"- the Precision One Health Initiative Symposium on November 7th! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with experts from various colleges across campus, emphasizing the power of interdisciplinary work in advancing science.
Grace and Shivank joined our lab this Fall. They are working on exciting topics. Grace is studying the effect of inorganic ions on the degradation of pesticides, whereas Shivank is developing machine-learning models to predict pesticide occurrences in natural systems.
Gayatri presented at the Geology annual Alumni meet, and her poster was selected as one of the top three. Gayatri presented her work on "Understanding the influence of organic contaminants on biogeochemical cycles: Implications for Geohealth"
Congratulations to Kiana on receiving a NASA internship at the Johnson Space Center. This summer, she will work under the Human Health and Performance Directorate at the Johnson Space Center.
