QFX Fluorometer - The QFX is a powerful solution for all fluorometric applications where enhanced specificity or sensitivity is needed. We mainly use this instrument for quantifying nucleic acids and proteins. Iris Visible Spectrophotometer (HI801-01)—The HI801 iris is a sleek and intuitive spectrophotometer that measures all wavelengths of visible light. We mainly use this instrument for understanding nutrient fluxes (including nitrate and phosphate) and to assess water quality. Multiparameter pH/ISE/EC/DO/Turbidity Waterproof Meter (HI9829)- The HI9829 is a waterproof portable logging multiparameter meter that monitors up to 14 different water quality parameters. The microprocessor-based multi-sensor probe allows for the measurement of key parameters, including pH, ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and temperature. We use this instrument for on-site measurement of physicochemical parameters.
